NEW DISTRICT MEMBERSHIP & WATER SERVICE
If your property has never had water service, you will need to purchase a new district membership to have a new meter and service installed. The following information will need to be provided to our office:
- Application for New Membership & Service
- Completed Water Users' Agreement (must be signed in the RWD #4 office)
- Copy of warranty deed
- Department of Environmental Quality Sewage Treatment System Inspection Report or Perc Test for pending sewage system
- Right-of-Way-Easement Form (may be signed and notarized in the RWD #4 office)
- Payment of non-refundable Membership Fee (fee amount based on service type)
- A valid driver's license or ID
TRANSFER DISTRICT MEMBERSHIP & WATER SERVICE to NEW PROPERTY OWNER
In order to transfer a Membership from one owner to another owner the following information will need to be provided to our office:
- Completed Application for Transfer of Ownership
- Completed Water Users' Agreement (must be signed in the RWD #4 office)
- Copy of warranty deed for new owner(s)
- Right-of-Way-Easement Form (depending on prior easements on file; may be signed and notarized in the RWD #4 office)
- Payment of $50.00, non-refundable Transfer Fee
- A valid driver's license or ID
RENTAL of a MEMBER'S PROPERTY
In order to assume financial responsibility of a water account while renting a member’s property, the following information will need to be provided to our office:
- Completed Application for Change of Tenant
- Copy of lease/rental agreement
- Payment of $50.00, non-refundable Tenant Change Fee
- A valid driver's license or ID
