*** Please Note: If you are making an online payment to restore service after a disconnection due to a past due balance, please call the District office at 918-774-9869 before 3:30 pm to ensure same-day reconnection of service.

Please have your account number handy. The first time you use the site, you will need to register. After the first time, payments are an easy 3-step process. You can also make a one-time payment or set up Auto-Pay for automated recurring payments. You can pay by checking or savings account, or credit card or debit card. You can also print receipts.

Download “PSN Payments” from the App Store® or Google Play™. If you registered online first, use those login credentials.
We use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.
*NOTE FOR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS: A convenience fee of $1.00 is added to checking and savings account payments and 2.75% (+50¢ if under $100) is added to credit and debit card payments.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form and drop it off our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards or money orders. Our office is open Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm (closed for lunch from noon to 1pm).
If you're paying by check or money order after office hours, we have a night drop box located at our office for your convenience.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
